How quiet and peaceful it was. Very clean house as well

The only downfall was the fridge. It kept freezing are liquids even at the lowest setting.

I spent most of my time there, sitting on the rear patio, soaking in the fresh air, listening to the sounds of nature and just relaxing. The interior was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. And the beds, though one could've been a king, the mattress was the best I've ever slept on in a vacation rental.

Beautiful vacation home, great floor plan, clean, well equipped. Quiet location with beautiful backyard directly at the water. Convenient check-in and check-out procedures. Food 6 people perfectly and easily more (hosts offered air mattresses if needed). Would be great for a longer stay as well.

The house was perfect for our getaway. We came over with our boat and kayaks to enjoy the water. We were creative with the available kitchen items, but we have vacationed numerous times with rentals, and we have learned over the years how to maneuver. We cooked all mornings and all but one night without any problems. The staff was quick to respond when asked about a crockpot be available, so that was appreciated. The house was fully furnished with paper products, soaps and trash bags. We had a couple of times where we needed to ask a question. They were quick to respond to help and instruct. The weather was lovely so we are outside three of the nights. The back porch area was perfect with the propane fire table to add a touch of warmth with the coolness of the night. We will utilize Professor Rousseau’s property again when coming to the area.

The property was beautiful the owner was very understanding and prompt about our needs.

Unfortunately TVs , blow up mattress did not work. WiFi hard to get signal. The outside chairs were rotten and when sat on broke causing the hubby to get hurt. Then we get a knock on the door by the host attacking me about why so many complaints and accusations that were not true. She tried to force entry like a maniac causing my 5 kids to get terrified. She yelled and disrespected me. Apparently she was not happy to to her job but her behavior was unacceptable and should be reported. She was also taking pictures of us and made us feel so uncomfortable.

Very clean, beautiful and peaceful backyard, close to activities in Crystal River and trails, quiet and spacious - family of 7 was very comfortable relaxing and playing games.

Kitchen cookware options were limited, but we were able to get creative with what was available to meet our needs
