Úžasný výhled na moře, byli jsme zde naprosto spokojeni, moc milý hostitelé, krásný bazén, dům vybaven vším potřebným , kousek k moři, kousek do obchůdku, kousek do hor a k řece , kousek k promenádám do okolních měst. Parkování u domu . Moc rádi se vrátíme ❤️ ..the really beautiful view, parking by the house, a shop nearby , a small but beautiful beach, a short drive to the promenades to the nearby towns, mountains and a river for rafting , nice owner , we will be happy to come back ❤️

Das Haus war wunderschön – sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gepflegt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sauber, groß und ideal zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage war top: Der Strand war ganz in der Nähe, leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful stay in a peaceful seaside paradise! We had an amazing time at this beautiful house with a pool and a stunning sea view. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool may be small, but it's crystal clear and very well taken care of—great for cooling off and enjoying the sun. One of our favorite things was waking up in the morning and seeing the sea right from the bed in one of the bedrooms. Truly breathtaking! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if we needed anything, but also respectful of our privacy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene holiday by the sea!

This is not a 'villa' at all, but a rather cheap apartment where everything either falls apart or is very dirty. For starters the actual location is vastly different from what was indicated on the Booking.com map. The pin on Booking.com showed the accommodation as being right on the beach, whereas the actual location is at least 15 minutes walking down steep streets to the beach (and back up). Upon arrival, the accommodation was completely unfindable, and we had to wait an hour past the agreed time for the host to show up and provide directions. The pool was extremely murky, with a lot of debris floating on the surface. We were unable to use the pool at all. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the hallway leading to them, leaving the bedrooms uncomfortably warm. The bunk beds in the children's room were of such poor quality that they squeaked and creaked with every movement, making it feel as if they could collapse at any moment. The beds only had a single fitted sheet without a mattress protector, which was very unhygienic, and the bedding smelled old and musty. The water pressure in the shower was so low that we could only use the handheld showerhead. Many of the lights in the accommodation were not working. The toilet on the top floor continuously ran, causing noise disturbances at night. The property smells of sewer which is covered up by electric air fresheners. All in all, would definitely not recommend this property.

The location of the house is excellent. It’s a short walk down the hill to the beach and restaurants. It’s also close to other towns on the Dalmatian coast. The view from the house is fantastic! The pool is small but good enough for our family to relax. It was refreshing to enjoy the pool in the evenings after spending the day in the sun. We really enjoyed Pisak as well. It’s a small village with a couple of restaurants, a bakery and ice cream shop. Lots of locals and not crowded, even in August. It was busy but definitely not overcrowded. The host was extremely welcoming too! We were presented with delicious charcuterie board (local cheeses and cold cuts), fresh fruit and local wine! We really appreciated the hospitality. We can’t wait to go back. Croatia is a beautiful country!
