"A cheap stay @ Malad."

I had looked for a cheap accommodation and this fit the budget. So, no complaints on that

Location is in a slum locality. Wouldn't recommend any one to stay if they are not comfortable with this. May make more sense to pay extra and get a slightly better place to stay.
