"I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel receptionist lied me"

Location

I booked Deluxe Quadruple on Booking.com. But hotel receptionist refused to provide us deluxe Quadruple room. Instead he gave us small room with two single beds for a family of four. The room was not cleaned properly. There was no hot water in the shower. The toilet was not cleaned. I am not happy about it. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Spent good time here. Newly built hotel with good spacious and clean rooms. Peaceful surroundings.

I had to extend my stay here for couple of days due to some unexpected circumstances and assumed I will be charged same rates/day as rates on booking.com for extended period but they charged higher rates. So it is advised that visitors should finalize rates in advance with staff if they face similar situation.
