Σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο του Πεταλιδίου. Μπροστά από το σπίτι έχει αυλή και πάρκινγκ με αποκλειστική χρήση.

Είναι μεσοτοιχεία με μία αποθήκη και υπάρχουν παράθυρα τα οποία δεν καλύπτονται με κάποια κουρτίνα, επομένως χάνεται το αίσθημα της ιδιωτικότητας. Επίσης η κεντρική πόρτα έχει τζάμι και πάλι χωρίς κάλυψη.
