The living room paint did not match the pictures and looked unattractive. The remote control was sticky with some liquid, and one cushion had dried stains. The second bedroom had a strange and bad smell. None of the toilets could be locked, and out of three, only one had hot water. The bathroom with hot water was very unhygienic, with yellowed walls, a broken hook, and even a used razor near the window. The ceiling near the fridge was leaking, and the wall paint was peeling off. Overall, the place was extremely rundown and dirty. I was charged RM195, which is more expensive than accommodations I stayed at in Johor Bahru, yet the quality was much worse. My experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this homestay

Cockroaches, unsafe wiring, metal bedframe for one of the 4 rooms, unsafe door locks, gate has no lock, sliding door and main front door cannot be locked, only 1 seated toilet out of 2 toilets,
