The location was just far away to be quiet, but close enough to everything.

Location was in a quiet neighborhood.

The initial photos posted did not indicate the property was in a run down area, and located behind a large shop of some type with multiple vehicles in the lot.

​UPDATE! Within minutes of posting MY review, I received a voicemail from a very irate female yelling and threatening me with "her attorney" because I was "bashing her property" with MY feelings from MY experience. Suffice it to say we made the right decision NOT staying here. I understand there is a no refund policy, however an unexpected death in the family of my initial companion should have at least offered a credit for future stay. I went anyway with different people only to find it was located in a very run down area and was located behind a large shop that appeared to perhaps once been a body shop or something similar; multiple vehicles were in the lot of the shop and this trailer was directly behind the building.... not really visible from the road. As a group of women, no one felt safe even getting out much less staying. I cannot comment on the comfort inside as we never exited the vehicle once we found the trailer. It was a hard lesson to always use Google Maps or Goodie Earth to check the location and neighborhood before booking in the future.

Close proximity to Polar Express train ride.

Was expected a more scenic site around the cabin.

The host has it all decorated for Christmas. There’s even a Christmas tree. It’s very cozy. Also 2 bathrooms was a plus!

We really didn’t have any dislikes. Nothing worth writing about.

The host was extremely accommodating. The property was tucked away and private. Lots of space at a good price and value. Very clean home.

Walking distance to town, but not really walkable, no sidewalks. Short drive though.
