Was NOT a villa. This was a renovated mobile trailer. The area was on a very steep hill. It was NOT a 16 minute walk. The area did not look safe. The value of this place is NOT $150. My family and I did NOT stay at this location as we did not feel safe as the description was falsely advertised.

We came to do the Polar Express at the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad. Twin Oaks was really close to the train station. Less than 4 mins from town. There was a gorgeous view. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help us out anytime we needed. Tammey even had the place decorated for Christmas which was an amazing extra touch.

Everything was great. It would have been nice to have had coffee and a few condiments like ketchup. But the hosts thought of other tiny details I wouldn’t have even considered. There was bottled water in the fridge, packets of hot cocoa and a candy bowl which the kids loved. So I can’t complain about condiments.

Access to the accommodations. Very difficult to navigate entrance and exit. Lots of steps, Rough terrain.
