Um apartamento com duas portas , sem janelas , sem lugar pra entrar ar, não tem ar-condicionado, ou ventilador,cheiro muito forte de mofo, o banheiro fedendo esgoto , foi o pior lugar que já passei na minha vida , sem nenhum armário nos quarto para colocar as coisas

The location of the apartment made our stay very enjoyable as it was only a short walk to the nearest restaurants and tourist attractions.

having a second key would have made it more convenient so we wouldn't have needed to leave the only key in the box safe every time.

It does have a central location but be mindful it is across from a pub that is open late playing loud music.

We were informed via the directions on here that the host would meet us at our scheduled check in time at 2pm, after numerous missed calls and many ignored messages we got through and were told the PIN code to a lock box with the keys to our apartment. We were left over 30 mins in the heat waiting for someone only to get a code that could have been sent before. The apartment is windowless (apart from the ones on the doors) and non air conditioned, with a broken washing machine that doesn't even turn on and no balcony at all - the small entryway is what is counted as a patio. When we messaged the host about the air conditioning she simply replied “don’t have”. The place felt dirty and smelt awful, we purchased cleaning supplies and air fresheners to help but it didn’t. There was below effort cleaning, stains on the sheets, dirt on the rug, mould in the shower. From reading the previous reviews of this accommodation that provided pictures of the state it is in where there was cracks in the walls it’s clear the host put up wooden boards to cover this up in their effort to minimise the visual mess. I would not recommend for a long stay given the state of the apartment and lack of any communication from the host. For final note: If the apartment listed that it didnt had the facilities it promised it would be fine but to be mislead with no air conditioning, balcony, or basic hygiene feels disingenuous and completely false advertising. Would give this a zero if it were possible.

They left me one hour waiting on the street to do the check in (on a New Year's Eve). I called the owner several times and at first she assured me she was on her way to open the door for me (she said she would meet me in 5 minutes), that never happened. At the end, one of her employees called me to give me the instructions on how to open the safety box with the keys, something that could have be done from the beginning, in a call or a WhatsApp message. The owner never answered me my WhatsApp messages either, so I don't know why they have that contact number. Overall, it was disrespectful and unprofessional. Inside the place is not bad, but it is not worth the price. There's a smell of humidity. Moreover, the WiFi never worked and we tried to use the washing machine but wasn't working either.

The location is great

Unfortunately there are no windows (just windows builtin into doors) so it stinks inside. We also had cockroaches (but we were fully refunded because of the inconvenience)
