Probably the best holiday house I ever had. The house is very beautiful, with magnificent view, with private beach (or even 3) and all accessories you need on it, very clean. You need a car to access it and final kilometer is a dirt road, but I had a normal car and it was OK. Fani is a great host, very good contact via WhatsApp. It was really good price/quality relation. Thank you very much!

Amazing spot... Above the sea.... up to the sky!!! Total blue. Amazing villa with an outstanding view!!!!! Join the paradise! Mrs Fani is an amazing person being available over the phone for any request or assistance needed. The internal decoration is SO beautiful! Ready to stay in every respect.

The last 500m of the road :) but it was ok. Not so bad.

Fani was lovely. She is friendly and helpful. The house itself was perfect for us. We wanted a quiet few days in beautiful surroundings and this house delivered that for us. The beaches were quiet and close and one in particular was only used by us. Sitting on the verandah/patio was very relaxing and the views were exceptional. The small nearby port (loutra) was only about a 10 minute drive and there were restaurants and a supermarket there.

The driveway from the road to the house is steep and rocky in parts. We saw some very old cars manage it and for those used to Greek island roads it is perhaps not too bad. Having a small and low rental car it was not ideal but we were able to deal with it.

The location is spectacular! The view from the balcony cannot be described in words...! There are 3 beaches within walking distance, and all 3 of them are top notch. The house itself is very well designed and functional. One of the bedrooms effectively works as a separate guestroom (ensuite bathroom and separate entrance), which in our case was perfect (more independence, we could get in and out without waking up everyone else). And everything was super clean, kitchen was very well equipped (the owner even provided homemade jam...). The owner has put a lot of personal touches in the space, everything is decorated so tastefully. And she was so welcoming, communication was excellent!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful two-day trip to Kythnos, a beautiful Greek Cycladic island. Villa Fani sits on a cliff overlooking an exquisite beach — arguably the most stunning beach on the island. The beach never gets crowded due to many other beaches spread across the island for visitors to explore. From our vantage point atop of this cliff, we had an unparalleled view of crystal waters and quaint landscapes including another nearby beach and a picturesque church. A short ten-minute drive away is Loutra; an idyllic fishing port teeming with delightful Greek taverns nestled within this undiscovered gem. Upon arrival at Villa Fani, the sweet and welcoming owner greeted us warmly. She prioritized our comfort throughout the stay. The villa itself looked even better in person than in its photos, with attention to details that you can’t appreciate from photos alone. In terms of cleanliness, Villa Fanny was immaculate: not once did we notice any lack of attention or cleanliness - bedrooms, bathrooms or kitchen appliances were all spotless. Our experience at Villa Fani surpassed all expectations- leaving no room for complaints! We're sad about departing but are eager for our next visit given how much it has impressed us. This memorable trip provided much more than what photos could portray.
