Over Torrs Cottage

Had everything we needed for a brief one night stay. Very clean and stylish. Fab views over the Torrs! Fast communication from owner, easy to find.

The location was excellent for my trip.

The rest of the house was clean, except for the bedrooms. The beds were extremely weak, including the master bed, feeling more suited for a toddler. The sheets had not been changed or washed, and there were large cobwebs at the top of the stairs. We also found a significant amount of hair and dirt under the covers. As a result, we had to sleep on towels as a barrier. Large dark basement at the property left unlocked. Cold blast of air coming from there did not go down to investigate not sure if there was a door leading out from there.

No parking. You can park and walk about 5 mins to property as the streets instructed are both double yellow until the top of a hill.

The property was lovely quick and easy to walk into the village area some lovely pubs near by . Place came with everything you may need for a short stay .

The only thing I would say was the bed was so wobbly and creaky getting into it felt like it was going to break other then that everything was lovely

Extra little touches were nice. Always good to have tea and coffee and loo roll. The property was warm and cosy and an ideal location for some lovely walks .

Only downside is no outdoor space if travelling with a dog but that is the nature of the property. Wouldn't stop me returning.
