Ocean Breeze Villa

We loved our stay at the villa. The house is very beautiful, high quality standards, well decorated, noble materials. We took the suite, it was 70m2 with a beautiful terrace. The receptionist was caring and helpful. The villa is next to the hidden beach, and we borrowed bikes for free to go 5 min away to An Bang.

Very good location, close to the beach, nice restaurants and you can bike to the ancient town. Staff was super helpful and lovely. Swimming pool/ garden and the (shared) open living room are very nice. Breakfast was nice too!

Even though the rooms are nice and provide all you need, it was not next level comfortable. Beds were a bit hard, sheets and towels were clean but didn’t smell great, multiple times the toilet & shower didn’t have water in the morning.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. But the best thing of all about it is the staff. They are amazing. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating if they tried. They are a credit to the owner.

Excellent location, clean with great staff. The place is run by Sound of Silence so breakfast is basic but great! They give you a giant fruit bowl if you order fruits for breakfast. Also you get fresh real coffee if you order it. They let us borrow a crib and a baby bath. They were very accommodating. It's really quite beautiful with not many rooms so I can imagine that it's even more amazing in summer. Our 4 year old loved the giant koi fish and the rooms were huge!!

To get a perfect 10 they need to get new bedding. The pillows are too used and the ac's are quite noisy. It can be really quiet at night be it can also be really noisy. Better sound proof windows and a quiet Ac would make this place a perfect 10.
