WC cover in toilet poor maintenance & not cleaning. Big room for Twin , but poor air-conditioning. Not cleaning comforter & smelling towels

Staff was very helpful and friendly

The hotel facilities were very disappointing, especially the air conditioning. We were given a room that was very hot because the air conditioner was not working properly. We requested to change rooms, but the other room was just like an oven too. I’m very frustrated.
