the location...

The hotel does not provide a kettle in the room. Although the hotel has provided a water dispenser outside the room, I have to go out to make hot water, making it a bit inconvenient. The air conditioner is not cold either.

Good location..

Bedsheets were not changed and there were some hair on the bed.. Also the toilet gets clogged and water don't go down during shower
