La finestra era in parte bloccata, i cuscini erano scomodi, il bollitore e le tazze sporchi, ma soprattutto ci è stato dato dallo staff un codice errato per il check-in automatico ed essendo arrivati la sera tardi non ci è stato possibile accedere all'appartamento; in quell'orario la segreteria era chiusa, non c'erano numeri di emergenza e abbiamo dovuto girare x Zara fino a trovare un'altra sistemazione. La mattina dopo siamo stati all'ufficio e abbiamo dovuto anche discutere per sistemare la questione, liquidata con "errore umano", all'inizio nemmeno volevano rimborsarci la notte mancata. Gli errori possono capitare , pazienza, ma ci hanno creato un grosso disagio e quasi neanche volevano riconoscerlo. C'è voluta un'ora.

PLAbsolutely wonderful place! Very good location, right in the city center, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly communication with the owners. We recommend it!
