Staff were great Management behaviour was the poorest I had ever seen Like they were waiting for me to leave so they would be done with me Anyone looking at this place take care...nice place and the staff is excellent Except, and i cannot emphasise this more, the front end staff. Their managers and their people. Kavita ma'am was the only one helpful enough to seek solutions for me. Mr. Akaash and the other front end staff Especially the manager who's taking care of the whole thing Have a very carefree, lax, let-things-be attitude when it comes to customer resolutions. Great! So thank you to the staff and the founder who created a wonderful property and matched the aesthetics with the brand Thank you to all the room service/resturant/housekeeping staff that catered to each thing with utmost care And ABSOLUTELY NO THANK YOU to the front end staff who were unprofessional to a degree that it would be unbelievable in the hospitality space. Especially Mr. Akaash who was willing to, not just have an argument, but bullying me outside the hotel as his ego got bruised. I'm not used to writing such reviews ever. Let alone on booking...but what is, is. And please don't believe the generic response they're going to give to this comment. I waited 4 HOURS for someone to atleast hear me and my issues on the last day. And they acted like they were doing me a favour. So yeah thanks a lot for that. They like WASTING people's times. And the indifference is on another level . Cheers to all the backroom staff. But if the owner/MD is listening Whom I saw working in the ground floor. And whom the Manager of the hotel very conveniently dismissed that they are not part of the property. So no thank you to them. You trained your staff and colleagues to lie so you would not get to know this. This is personal. I'm a remote worker and I need what i need as I'm working from here...

Proximity to the airport and overall appearance, staff cordiality.

Because of poor communication between staff, the front desk was not aware of a plumbing problem that prevailed in a nice, upgraded room that we were given. Maintenance staff had not told them. We had to change rooms a few hours after we had checked in, and we got lucky that a room was still available. It was really inefficient on their part and very inconvenient for us to shift.
