"It was the most unpleasant experience. In fact I should be compensated."

Even after giving confirmation of my booking, the service apartment did not honour my confirmed booking. There was no communication about non availability. When I insisted about their goofing they arranged one non a/c room without hot water facilities. I was put to lot of discomfort and harassment.

The cleanliness.

Does not have lift. Even after reaching at 4 pm. They took good 45 mins before letting us in. Further there are network issues.

"No proper management by the Owners, AC not working,"

The apartment was good

The ac wasn't working at all. We raised repeated complaints and those were not answered as the payment for booking and daily management is done by the Cleaning Staff & Watchman etc. The property cancelled the property in Booking.com but they took the payment from us. Worst response by the Management, whenever followed up, they gave lame excuses, charging money and not providing services promised
