"Okay hotel for a night or two"

Prime location and facilities distribution. If you want to spend a night or two at an "okay" hotel under a tight budget, this may be a good option. They have great A/C which is key to survive a night in Tuxtla during summer time. Staff was super kind and helpful!

Sheets and towels quality were below my expectations. I wished the lobby had where to sit and chill, and coffee.

Es un lugar céntrico y con buena ubicación, pude ir al lugar de trabajo y visitar lugares turísticos. La atención fue buena. Para la facturación igual muy atentos, solicite un cambio de la primera factura y rápido me llegó, es más desde el 2 día ya tenia mi factura, en mi caso que era por trabajo, me convino que me la dieran rápido.

Ofrecen limpieza diaria, pero tienes que solicitar la limpieza, si se te olvida a ti, ya no la hacen, pero si le piedes que la hagan diaria, sin problema lo hacen.
