Casa Anzi

There are 2 apartments. One is excellent with a terrace and the other one is in the roof, difficult to open windows when it's raining. Please read below. We booked 3 nights and the host let us move to the terrace apartment for the last night. The location is perfect and the apartments are very clean. And the terrace in one apartment is fabulous. Thanks again for letting us move to the other apartment.

On booking it is not clear, there are two apartments, if the one with the terrace is already booked. We booked the apartment because of the terrace and where very disappointed to find ourself in the roof apartment. We booked 3 nights and the host let us move to the terrace apartment for the last night. We find it should be clear on booking that there are two apartments. Either in the description or make to entries, one for each apartment with the correct photos. The way it is presented now, leads to misunderstandings. My friend slept on the bed sofa and she said they are very uncomfortable. She had back pain and slept not very good. There for the apartments are maybe best for couples, who use only one bed.

Hermoso este ático. Muy bien reciclado, con mucho gusto y calidad. Muy bueno el aire acondicionado. Atención!!! en Google maps hay que poner Via Anzi 30 y luego seguir las fotos que manda el propietario, porque si pones 22 te manda mal, la calle dobla ! Es una T invertida. El barrio es muy agradable y está a 5 ó 6 minutos de la catedral. Muy buena ubicación. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. La limpieza no está a la altura del lugar, aún así es muy recomendable.

The apartment is very well located. Communication went smoothly via Booking.com and WhatsApp, which I really appreciated. It was freshly cleaned when we arrived — you could still smell the cleaning products, which I liked. The cleaning wasn’t perfect, if I’m being picky, but definitely good enough! Towels and bed linens were clean and smelled fresh. The terrace is an absolute gem!

The air conditioning did its job, but it was quite loud, and since the hose had to go out through an open door, we did end up with a few mosquito bites. That said, I still slept well! The kitchen is well-equipped and tidy, although I did spot a few silverfish. A large, quality kitchen knife is provided, but I’d recommend bringing a small, sharp paring knife — especially if you plan to cook.

Location was a 15 minute walk to the lake front. Host was very helpful and responsive to our queries, the check in instruction were clear and easy to follow. The property was clean and very comfortable! Was very warm when we visited Como but the AC was a dream!

Excellent location, easy check in, friendly host, very simple to get inside property. Very clean, gorgeous terrace and little to no steps to the apartment which is great with luggage. Would definitely return!
