ZAWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lulu House - it was the perfect location for the areas of Lake Como we wanted to explore. We covered Malgrate, Lecco, Bellagio, Mellagio, Varenna & Como in three days. The house was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed including snacks and drinks which was a very nice touch. It has a beautiful garden and secure parking and stunning views from the middle and top floors. The location of the house is a quick walk down to the lake front where you can find a great selection of restaurants and a beautiful path to walk along the lake. We loved the location of this house because it was really peaceful compared to the busier towns and areas we visited.

FRThe house is very, very well equipped and air-conditioned. Renovated (and nicely), it was also very clean. Thank you for the little touches (wines, cakes, etc.). The house is well located, 5 minutes walk from the lakeside. Restaurants nearby. For shopping, Como is very close. Very good responsiveness of the hosts to our requests.
Only one downside: there is no acoustic separation between the bedroom on the first floor and that on the 2nd. Everything that is said (or done) in one is heard in the other. You can get along with it when one of the rooms is intended for children, but if you come with two couples, it can be annoying.
