מיקום מעולה. 3 דקות מתחנת אוטובוס לשדה התעופה, 5 דקות ממטרו, קרוב לשוק המקורה. צוות אדיב מאוד. ארוחת בוקר פשוטה. סוויטה מרווחת מאוד ונוחה. מטבח מאובזר, יש הכל, כולל מכונת כביסה, מגהץ ועוד. מזגנים מצויינים.

"Lovely but don’t have an emergency after the staff go home!"

The apartment was beautiful. We stayed in the pent house. Lovely and clean. Spacious and well decorated with all of the mod cons.

Reception is open between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00. We had a problem at 03:30 in the morning and could not contact anybody until someone answered my message on Booking.com 3 hours later. To clarify, our car was parked in the underground car park, we were given a fob for the electric gates which didn’t work. We had to leave to drive back to the UK at 03:30 in the morning but couldn’t as we couldn’t get out of the car park for two hours. It really put a dampener on our stay as we couldn’t fault the hotel other than this. If you have a problem or god forbid an emergency make sure you have it in the hours there is staff there as you will not get an answer or any help. There is no out of hours number or duty manager on call which I find ridiculous.
