"One of the most memorable and beautiful experiences I’ve ever had in a foreign country."

This residence is beautiful. The place looked almost new it was so clean. The host was extremely helpful anytime we needed assistance. The AC was exceptionally efficient. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, it is very well organized. I highly recommend this property and Itoigawa as a place to get away from the busy cities and relax. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

It was a little far from the main city, but a taxi service was available at any moments notice.

"The house wasn't the beach house we expected (there is no beach)"

The house was a good size for japanese standards

The access to the house: you have to cross a ditch, which is not easy with luggage. There is no toilets on the bedroom level. There was no instructions of how to arrange the bedding. There was no comfortable seating to watch TV, The hot water was not connected and there were no instructions of how to connect it. The bathtub is too deep, with no easy access. While the annex has a bed and sofas, there is no toilet or TV.
