Neither Booking.com has done nothing to resolve the situation or it has been done by the accommodating partner. We entered the room and it was full of expired food, dirty towels and sheets, lizards eating the food on the tables and some yellow liquid on the floors. We contacted Booking.com in the middle of the night, waited for them to resolve the situation but instead they don't find you replacing accommodation but we had to start looking for another accommodation in middle of the night and changed to airbnb for the service. I disputed this accommodation and yet it shows we would have stayed here and never got my money back. Booking.com doesnt respond to my messages and doesnt follow the tier 3 customer respond policy of max 24 hours. Also the original ticket in where i opened the dispute has been closed and i cant communicate in there anymore. Seems like we are paying twice the accommodation even without staying here and this is not about the accommodating partner anymore, but actions of Booking.com closing the case as it never happened and yet keeping the money.
