"The Country Escate was a great find and value!"

The Country Escape looked better in person than the pictures. It was incredibly clean, quiet,welcoming, comfortable and a ton of space. The kitchen had everything you could need. The bedrooms are good size. Having the laundry room and washer/dryer was a nice bonus! Big and comfy family room is a great place to unwind and watch a movie. We stayed here to go to Palo Duro Canyon and it was a great location for that - easy 20 minute drive. Situated between Amarillo and Canyon, it was easy access to the highway to go to either city for restaurants. We thought Spicy Mike's BBQ in south Amarillo was great! This is a great place to stay for hiking/biking in the area. Plenty of space to store and clean bikes and gear! The owners were very responsive with information about the area. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked the extras supplied in the kitchen: baggies, foil, paper plates, spices and vegetable oil spray. The house was comfortable and clean.

There were just a couple of minor in conveniences. I couldn't find a can opener and the gray towels left a lot of gray lint behind when drying off.

Great place for us to stay when visiting our daughter in college. Comfortable and has everything we need.

Only suggestion would be to have hand soap at the kitchen sink please.
