Very nice And clean house close to all turistic atractions. We found all people in Marrakesh very nice and friendly, really enjoyed our holidays..

The host was delayed coming to show us the property when the host arrived then we were told that the property is not available because of some fault my question is why did they take our booking if there was a problem? Then they were going to give us a different hotel with one room but there was 4 guests shocking

I arrived in the property and plenty of the light bulbs weren't working, as well as some of the wall plugs. Considering that the first two floors don't have windows it was key for those to be fully working. They sent an electrician to fix this, and we have to wait until they left to leave the property and visit the area. One of the bedrooms had a small window, but it was broken, and you couldn't close it, so we weren't able to sleep in there because it's cold in the night. In the description it say there's heating in the property but there is not! There is an aircon/heating fan in the living room/kitchen but nowhere else in the house - they gave me an electric heater for the bedroom downstairs, but the plug in the wall was broken. The terrace wasn't usable at some point of the day, because directly next to it there's a chimney from the neighbours - when it was on, it covered the terrace in smoke and ash - we couldn't use it. It says on the description the property has toiletries, but there was only hand soap. The kitchenware was rusty and dirty, the fridge door broken and not great kitchen facilities overall. The cherry on the cake: When we came back in the evening and turned the lights on, the electricity went off completely and we were left all night without lights/WiFi/electricity - we couldn't comunicate with the host and had to sleep in that condition with a 1yo child. Absolutely disgraceful experience, in the morning I had to go to a café to charge my phone and get WiFi to book another place, had to go back and pack again on the phone's light and lost half day of our trip to sort this. I've requested a refund from the owner (which was not there in Marrakech from what I assume) but only got refunded the other two days we didn't stay there - no partial refund for the night we were left without electricity.

This was the best and most comfortable apartment we have stayed in in a month in Morocco. The beds were great, there was plenty of room, and the space itself was beautiful. The kitchen was relatively well stocked for us to do some meals at home, and the staff was quick to communicate. Not really criticism, but if you are looking for something that is a little closer to the Medina area, it is a bit far. It’s perfect for the Kasbah area though. Very quiet overall. We are passing through Marrakesh again later in our stay, and will sleep here again. Thank you for the great space!

The place is big, it feels perfect for family. Me and and my family stayed there for 3 days and we felt really comfortable and the owner were really kind and welcoming. The place has an amazing terrace and every environment is really clean and tidy. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the best parts of Marrakech. I really recommend ❤️
