Recently stayed in this apartment and it was clean, had every necessary thing to live, from agd to food, if you forget something, it will be for sure in the equipment. It is located near bus stops to center of the city, has three shops 1-2 mins from apartment. Elevator is in the building, rooms and balcony in apartment were quite big. It looked better than in photos. Owners of the apartment were nice and helpful. Higly recommended to everyone :)
