Unfriendly receptionist and the staff. I don't know whether that's the basic attitude of European or they just rude. The design of the hotel many contained stairs which difficult to bring a luggage. Also room 403 and 401, the door keys are broken.

Also room 403 and 401, the door keys are broken. Breakfast also poor. They put expired butter/jam on the basket.
