The one person that stood out the most was a women named Kana, she worked at are cabana on Wed. She was super helpful and very friendly. She deserves a raise for how hard she works.

How the hotel doesn’t work with booking.com, how I was over charged for a room I didn’t even get, how the prepaid parking access in and out of hotel didn’t work. How the lazy river was closed the day we were suppose to go, was booked way in advance and just found out a couple of days prior too. Hotel didn’t even refund money. This was the main purpose we stayed there. Also had to go to Mandolin Bay to use their lazy river and had to pay double, so we lost out in a lot of money.

Upscale and modern, a lot of amenities located right in the hotel.

Bathroom shower needs a shelf for storing personal toiletries, also rooms need a full length mirror

A quando do Check in paguei a caução de 300.00 euros e passado uma semana ainda não devolveram . Não tive qualquer despesa para ser paga , portanto não compreendo a situação de ficarem com o dinheiro dos hospedes.
