Очень удобное расположение. Атмосфера как будто на острове.Тихо и спокойно. Квартира очень чистенькая просторная .Все рестораны и бары в 5 минутах ходьбы. Парковка прямо у двери .Очень приятное ощущение как будто из дому и не выезжали такое впечатление .
