"Het is goed."

De accommodatie ligt op een fantastische locatie. Een groot pluspunt is de eigen parkeergelegenheid. Allesio is een goede gastheer, altijd bereikbaar en behulpzaam.

Als je met de auto komt, is het erg moeilijk om de juiste ingang van de garage te vinden. De aanwijzingen zijn erg onduidelijk en je moet de buurt echt goed kennen om je weg te kunnen vinden. De uitgang van de garage is niet goed geregeld, de deur gaat van buitenaf open. De douchecabine is erg klein, als je wat groter bent, kan het lastig zijn om erin te stappen en te douchen. De douchekraan is kapot, er lekt meer water achterlangs. De verhuurder is erg zuinig met douchespullen en koffiecapsules in het appartement. Parkeren zou goedkoper kunnen zijn voor meerdere dagen. Pas op dat je niet natgespoten wordt als de bewoners op de bovenverdieping de bloemen water geven.

"Grosszügige Wohnung an bester Lage"

Tolle Lage, direkt neben der Kathedrale, nur ein paar Schritte zur Fussgängerzone. Großzügige Wohnung im EG mit allem, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine Lavazza (mit Pads, müssen nachgekauft werden). Gutes, bequemes Bett.

Kleine Wasserlache von der Waschmaschine bei der Ankunft, WC-Sitz gebrochen und auf einer Seite keine Schraube. Küchenablauf halbwegs verstopft. Küche und Bad müssten erneuert/repariert werden.

Lokal jest położony w świetnej lokalizacji. W samym centrum, wyjdzie z podwórka jest prosto na katedrę. Mieszkanie jest czyste, schludne i bardzo wygodne. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzami :)

W mieszkaniu jest ciemno, w łazience jest mały prysznic.

L’appartamento è in una posizione centrale in un bel palqzzo.I locali sono spaziosi.La nostra esperienza è comunque positiva , l’appartamento in realtà l’abbiamo vissuto poco.

Il bagno e la cucina avrebbero bisogno di una sistematina, un po’ datati.Non in linea con il resto dell’appartamento .
