The room was big with a very good view. (4th floor- Double) The breakfast had good quality and the waitresses always checked and filled the emptied plates. Their kitchen (preparing the breakfast) was very clean and organized. The staff were polite and helpful. Their boss also checked everything everyday. The best hotel in tbilisi for the money you pay.

Room was fine. Clean and neat. Bed was comfortable, but could do with more pillows. Solid location. Quiet area but close to amenities. Block out curtains

Fridge was off when we got there, which kind of defeats the purpose. Staff not super friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was okay-ish but expected more given the premium price.

Хороший отель. Ничего сверхестественного. Был улучшенный номер на 3м этаже. Насколько я понимаю улучшенный он, потому- что был угловой и были дополнительные окна. Персонал отличный, завтрак по системе шведский стол- хороший, был выбор.

Слабый сигнал WiFi.

Просторный номер, полотенца меняли каждый день, с ребёнком было очень хорошо и удобно спать, из за кроватей больших и большого номера

Завтрак вообще никакой, нет ванны, а есть только душ. Сейф не работал, окна не закрывались и были просто подперты ручками друг друга. В гостинице ответили что нечего страшного. Все пожелания которые писали до, просто проигнорировали. На вопрос почему нет спа, ответили что вместо есть тренажёрный зал. Вообщем что такое европейский сервис не знают совсем
