The location was good

There was literally 0 maintenance for the place. The room would flood from the bathroom water and the staff didnt do anything to fix it or dry the mess. Room service was pathetic, no changing sheets or cleaning anything or providing towels. Water was so salty and bad! Toiletries were not provided, dustbin broken, and the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 5 days and wanted to change hotel in the last 2 days but they would not refund nor solve our problems. We went there to have a good time and relax but we were stressed and not at all happy with our stay. Pathetic service! The building is so nice and all but literally 0 maintenance. In service industry you’re supposed to satisfy customers fair needs but they failed to do so.

The location was good, near to the mosque and nearby indian restaurants

The staff were okay, but the property is quite old with refurbishment done.

Hotel is not of a standard I had to stay because I did not have a choice for the arrival night.I arrived at around 10 pm Next day I moved to another place.

My recent hotel stay was a nightmare. The room was tiny and smelled musty, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bed was rock-hard, and the sheets felt scratchy. The walls were paper-thin, so I could hear every word from the room next door. And Definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."
