The location, TV set & the view from the window.

No trash bin, no clothes hangers (for dishdashas), I got the shower towels only after I requested them, the toilet seat was not properly cleaned, no power points near the bed if we need charging, no fridge and no drinking water provided (as usually in the other hotels)!

أعجبني الموقع واطلاله الغرفه على جامع السلطان قابوس وموظف الإستقبال نجم الدين يحاول ان يبذل مجهود لإرضاء الضيوف بالرغم من وجود سلبيات بالفندق

الفندق في مرحلة الصيانه وغير جاهز نوعا ما لاستقبال الضيوف لاتوجد خدمات داخل الغرفه والمفاجاه ان سقف الديكور لكابينة المصعد بما يحمله من اضاءه وكاميرا سقط على الرأس أثناء النزول مع حدوث اهتزاز ورجه قويه جدا والباب لم يفتح ..بالاضافه الى حوائط الغرفه تحتاج تشطيب وفرش السرير غير نظيف..بشكل عام الفندق يحتاج ضروري إلى إعادة تأهيل لانه الان غير صالح للاستخدام و لاتوجد اى وسيله امان لأي ظرف طارئ

Good staying I enjoy ,Najim is a very good boy handling all hotel ,rooms are big comfortable bed . Bathroom is also nice . Location is very good very nearby you will get indian restaurant pure veg and non veg both for shopping Salam road is at 100 mtr. Public transport is also available here . Get bus no 21 from and to airport.

Everything was exceptional, Room cleanness was very nice, Staff are very friendly, Shopping mall, mosque, restaurants all are nearby. I just love this place.

لا يوجد نظافة يومية وموظف الاستقبال يقوم باستغلال النزلاء ، كان يريد أن يأخذ 20 ريال زيادة بداعى ان قيمة الحجز اقل من قيمة حجز الفندق واليوم قبل الأخير كان يريد أن يأخذ 10 ريال ولكنى لم ادفع شئ
