"A little Gem in exquisite area"

Perfect cozy studio apartment with bath and shower, kitchenette and air-conditioned, in very secure country club estate. Beautiful surroundings for walk and exercise, very nice people, and access to a great country club restaurant and bars. This estate is very close to shopping areas, entertainment, and good access to major free ways.

"A very pleasant stay in a lovely location"

Cosy and well equipped. The owner was helpful and glad to assist. We enjoyed the clubhouse restaurant for dinner and the kitchenette was well equipped. Lively extras included by the owner was a welcome drink and fresh, sliced fruit on arrival.

I prefer a top sheet on my bed, not just a duvet and the bed was extremely soft - like a much harder mattress. Granted - both are preferences and may just as well not be a bother to another tenant.
