"Bad experience for me"

Nothing, owner did not provide details on how to access property. I was stranded in the parking lot for 3 hours as their cellphone was off and unreachable even by Booking.com

Owner did not provide any access info and their cellphone was off until 16h25 when I had already advised Booking.com to relocate my reservation. Bad experience 😪
