The proximity to the Dinagyang judging stage

Needs a little bit more cosmetic renovations like change the old mirror in the room that has stain, place a small couch in the room

The Breakfast is good.

The room isn't that impressive. You must improve your cleaning, there's blood on pillows and linens. There's a bad smell on the water (shower & lavatory).

It’s in the center of the city, though the location is near the market, it’s still acceptable.
