Bumble Bee Cottage

Amazing little hid away set close to central Plymouth, lots of choices of shops around.. the people that ran it couldn't do enough... and first to use the new hottub witch was a surprise!

The attention to detail in the cottage was beautiful. The cottage had everything we needed, including the use of a hot tub. Also on the doorstep was a great walk for our dog.

If you are less able you might need to consider the steps up to the cottage. This isn't meant as a negative comment, but something to be aware of.

Cottage sits in a beautiful garden. It has everything you need for a night in. Very comfortable stay. Also very close to a nature reserve for those morning walks.

I arrived to find that the staff thought they were expecting someone else. A quick check of records and everything was put right. It's a bit difficult to find, as the cottage is in a row of houses sitting back off the street. The bed is high. Very comfy, but high. You kinda need to jump up onto the bed. This might be a problem for those with mobility issues.

It bigger than the photos suggested, very clean and great to have milk in the fridge and some quality snacks. The location was rather suburban but once we found the Bumble Bee it was close to the river and nice walks

The wifi and tv didn't work but we were only there for one night so didn't matter too much Host was very friendly and helpful

Nothing! It was fab. A coat hook on the bathroom door or somewhere would be super helpful, just a suggestion!

Such a beautiful cottage, small but has everything you could possibly need. Perfect for two and a dog.
