Roukh Kiri Khaoyai, The Centara Collection

I like the unique, scandinavian design of the villa, both interior, exterior and landscape. It was photogenic. The view was scenic and staff were great.

Honestly, i think it's booking.com's fault, but it just slightly ruined my vibe there. I first booked for 3 people villa which I paid extra from those 2 people villa of course and i assumed that the extra charge included facilities for the 3rd guest already. (They had the exact same size, not bigger) However, booking.com didnt manage to make it right. It confirmed me for 3 guests but confirmed the hotel for only 2 guests. So, hotel asked me to pay extra of 1,9XX THB, but i insisted not paying that amount. Eventually they let me pay 7XX THB for the breakfast which i still didnt feel fair but i wanna end this stuff. Booking.com didnt take any further responsibility. Beside from this terrible booking experience, i think Asian cuisine there can still be improved. Thai omelette was too salty. The bed was a bit too soft (or maybe i personally like a bit stiff one. The soft one gives me backpain). And be careful of the rocky tiles in the pool. It was rough and bumpy.
