There is no hairshampoo. You are expected to empty the garbish yourself upon leaving.

Great location, clean flat, and quiet even though it’s above a shopping center. Host were responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Nothing, everything was good and as stated. Only thing I’d note is the kitchen is small but that’s obvious. We didn’t need this so not a problem for us but may be for those who are planning on heavy kitchen use.

location was great. close to everything. it was clean. The main contact person messaged me via WhatsApp and he was very helpful giving me suggestions.

It is located inside a mall so you need a key to get in after 9pm. I am used to keypads and it was an extra weight to carry around a large key set. I had to take out the garbage and it was not inside the building. (maybe that is normal in Italy. not sure). They only give one set of towels/person so you have to wash them if you want clean towels.

In the heart of city center but also in a very quiet and luxury spot, inside the gallery cavour. The place is very spacious, modern, nice view, has all the amenities and next to everything you need to see in Bologna.

There is no place to put luggage. Although they accepted our request for a late check-out due to our late check-in, there was no space where we could put our luggage after check out. They said we could drop them off arranged place for free. It was a distance to go by taxi and when we went, we learned that it was not free. There was a loss of both money and time. We could have left it at a locker store instead. but other than that it's very nice place for stay

The location in the Galleria Cavour mall building was exceptional, right in the heart of Bologna. The apartment was very clean, and the bathroom excellent, having a door between the shower/toilet room and the sink, which had another door between it and the rest of the apartment. Excellent water pressure and temperature control. The windows and curtains were perfectly good, modern and operational. The kitchen was well equipped. The smart TV was very good. Federico, our human host, was excellent and quite responsive, especially helpful with our late check-in and transportation tips.

Although the apartment was quiet at night, there is construction activity going on outside the windows. One day at 7:15, construction workers loaded about 6 pallets of rocks and debris onto a metal truck bed just below our bedroom window. Obviously there is nothing the host can do about this other than complain to the authorities (I understand construction activities are not supposed to start until 8 a.m.), but the project appears to be a long-term one, so guests should be aware. Also, noise from the mall penetrates into the apartment during the day, and cigarette smokers congregate outside the internal entrance to the housing portion and the stink pervades the hallways (not the apartment itself) for periods of time during the day.

great location , but only if you go without a car, the apartment is located very centric in limited traffic area.

the quality of how the apartment was refurbished, in out opinion pretty low cost. Visually all was fine but getting closer it was easy to notice low quality of the works and furniture installed. To give an example the window in the bathroom, next to the shower was installed in such a way that it was impossible to close it fully.
