Number Nineteen, Woodbridge

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Quick response when there was a problem.

The only thing was the boiler was noisy in the front bedroom so as a light sleeper it was a little difficult to fall asleep but this is only a tiny issue overall.

The door lock seems unnecessary complicated and we couldn't apply the instructions we were given. Fortunately the owners live nearby and we were able to have them come out and open the door for us.

Needs either less complex entry system or clear instructions on how it works in advance. Kitchen appliances should have had instructions available.

The accommodation was good

The location, no views and a trek to nightlife,

The property was like a new house inside.It was fitted out superbly well. Obviously a recent total refurbishment.All fixtures and fittings were new looking.It had everything one wanted. Very tastefully equipped throughout. Car parking out the front (free).Will definitely book again if in the area. Do not be put off by any outside photographic views. A GEM OF A LOCATION. Close to Town Centre and also the Golf club, our reason for the visit.

There was nothing to dislike.

Could not fault the cleanliness. The house had great amenities, including iron, cleaning supplies, good amount of toilet rolls! Towels and lots of space for storing clothes. There was even a pint of milk in the fridge- what a treat to see that! Outside table and chairs were lovely too. Welcome card with emergency contact was a great touch. Enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant little house for a 2-night stay with little need for cooking, but kitchen utensils are a little sparse (eg. no egg cups) and there appears to be nowhere close for food shopping. Location is convenient for travelling being just off the A12 but it is a fair walk to the town centre.

The front door lock is very technical and no instructions were provided. Similarly instructions for kitchen appliances would have been handy.

This property gets a 5 star in my opinion, it was immaculately clean and had everything one needed for our stay.

The weather

The house was exactly what was shown in the pictures. It was easy to find and enter via a secure key box which the host provides the code for. The place was clean, beds were really comfortable and the outside patio was a perfect place to read, especially in the hot weather. Alix was a kind host who greeted us as we arrived and provided fresh milk in the fridge and shower gel, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend staying in number 19 as it's the perfect place to rest after exploring what beautiful Suffolk has to offer.
