"It does the job but should be cheaper for what it is."

Easy hassle free check in and the staff are polite and friendly. Plenty of parking space.

The standard pillows were awful and were no more spare pillows left when we arrived. The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom vent smelled of tobacco in our non-smoking room. For that price I was expecting more.

"接客や清潔感が最高のホテルです。"

清掃、受付、食堂すべてのスタッフの方がとても親切でしたし、清潔でとても気持ちよく過ごせました。そして朝食は無料とは思えないほど美味しかったです。連泊したので、毎日おかずが変わるのも嬉しく、楽しく食事できました。パンと納豆はとくに美味しかったです。コインランドリー完備で、洗濯乾燥ができたのも嬉しかったです。車椅子なのですが、専用ルームがあることを知らず、ダブルで予約していたところ、車椅子の部屋が空いているとのことで、部屋を変えてくださったり、四つ星ホテル以上の対応に感激してしまいました。これから帰省のときは利用させてもらいたいです。

枕が硬すぎました笑　でも枕の替えがアメニティにあったので問題なしでした！
