"リーズナブルで快適"

コンパクトにまとまった、清潔感ある快適なお部屋でした。朝食も値段もよかったです。スタッフの対応もとても温かかったです。お風呂も温泉で疲れがとれました^_^

"総じて快適な宿泊でした。"

ベットが良かった。マットを売って欲しい位でした。食事の時のスタッフさんの動きがとても良かった。

男湯→テレビに出ていたお風呂の混雑状況表示が全く機能していなかった。お風呂ロッカーの数に対して洗い場が4人分しかなく足りないと思った。大浴場との表示はいかがなものでしょうか。

"リフレッシュ出来た"

お部屋が清潔感があり、綺麗でまた朝食もバイキング形式で良かった。 お風呂も狭いが時間が長く設定されているので、だいたい好きな時に入れる。 ウェルカムドリンクが出来ていて、良かった。

①枕が一階で選べるのだが、カバーは変えてあるが枕自体が臭くて、タバコや色んなにおいがして不快だった。お部屋の枕も、枕自体匂いがついていて気持ち悪かった。 そこを改善してもらいたい。 ②朝食は混み合うので早めにという案内があり、急いで早めに行ったら、逆に混雑していて、後から来た方がゆっくり座れ、案内を皆んなにしていて逆効果になってしまったのでは？と推測します。

まだ新しいホテルだったので綺麗だった

枕が硬く高さが合わずに眠れなかったです。ロビーに貸し出しの枕があったのですが少なくて自分が使いたいと思う時には無かった
