Close to Perugia center with easy access to Minimetro and busses. Really nice apartment with comfortable garden which is a big plus during summer. Kind and helpful personnel asnwered every request.

La posizione è decisamente ottima, molto vicina al centro e raggiungibile a piedi. Giardino e spazio esterno molto gradevole per un gruppo di amici. Decisamente una buona scelta per chi cerca una soluzione vicina al centro senza badare troppo ai dettagli.

C'era un forte odore di chiuso quindi forse basterebbe qualche profumatore per rendere l'ambiente magari più confortevole. Visto il caldo potrebbe essere utile anche qualche ventilatore visto che non c'è AC.

Very well location to visit Perugia city, quiet zone. Kitchen well equipped, with stuff to cook.

The microwave didn´t work. The previous guess broke the main door so, we close with a fence (the owner notice about that and said sorry). The water was coming out of the shower screen

"The name says it all a cosy, secure, green oasis very close to historical centre of Perugia."

Great location close to the city centre. No frills but thoughtfully equipped with the essentials, quiet, securing good heating. Small garden lovely to look out at but too cold while we were there to sit out. Host was very responsive.
