Everything was as described, breakfest was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. They even allowed us to leave the bags in the hotel while we waited for the ship to leave for Buenos Aires. 10 out of 10. Would visit again

Cercanía a puntos clave de la ciudad y limpieza.

Reservé la habitación "Deluxe Double Bañera con Hidromasaje". El hidromasaje no funcionó y cuando realicé el reclamo, se me responsabilizó por no dar aviso en el momento para que alguien se acercara a revisarlo/repararlo. Vale aclarar que quisimos hacer uso en la noche tarde y es la única habitación con dicho servicio. Lamento que la recepcionista se haya preocupado más en mostrar su molestia, que ofrecer una solución. Creo que se debía realizar una devolución por la diferencia entre la habitación "Deluxe" que no estaba en condiciones de uso y una habitación "Estándar" que terminó siendo.
