La chambre

Le manque de respect d'une partie du personnel Service à la clientèle déplorable Fausse publicité sur booking, aucun transat disponible, pareil pour la bouteille de vin prévue. Interdiction de monter à la terrasse panoramique sans aucune explication donnée au préalable. Marriello un serveur de l'hôtel a eu énormément de propos mal placé et raciste à notre égard. En disant ici vous êtes en Italie vous parlez Italien sinon vous quittez l'hôtel. Serveur très agressifs et mal élevé. Sens relationnel et commercial inexistant Je n'ai jamais vécu ça de toute ma vie. L'ensemble de ce séjour à été cauchemardesque. Je regrette d'avoir choisi cet établissement qui paraissait agréable et sympathique selon l'annonce de booking.

Posizione superba, stanze nuovissime ed arredate in bellissimo stile moderno. Ristorante di alta qualità, terrazza a mare suggestiva per aperitivi al tramonto con DJ set. Personale giovane, sicuramente ancora in rodaggio, ma cortese, disponibile ed ammirevole per dedizione. Peccato che il lido non fosse agibile per danni notevoli da mareggiata invernale ma ci hanno comunque prestato un ombrellone per le meravigliose spiagge libere! Da tornarci subito!!!!

Direkt am Meer, Beachclub, Lounge, Restaurant - alles super stimmig und stilvoll. Mein Zimmer bzw. meine Suite war mega!! Sehr freundliches Personal, es hat an nichts gefehlt - auch für längere Zeit zu empfehlen!

Die Strandpromenade hat im Frühjahr mächtig gelitten, es gibt keine Treppe mehr… mit einem kleinen Umweg hat man herrliches klares Wasser 👍
