Central to all amenities and considering the apartment was across from a children’s adventure playground it was extremely quiet inside the apartment. A view of the ocean and beach front was lovely a very enjoyable time. Highly recommended.

We would have appreciated a dryer in the laundry room.

Awesome location, very well equipped kitchen, lovely decor, fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean, bbq , plenty of comfy seating inside and out. Super clean and tidy! Travelling for a family graduation, Adele went out of her way to arrange a purpose shower stool for my Mum. Great communication from booking to departure, self- check-in and rooftop parking. Well done, a great gem in the heart of Browns Bay!

I booked this place for my parents for a 6-night stay, and from the very first day, they couldn't stop praising it! The location was ideal, just a short walking distance to the beach and shopping areas. They found the property itself to be very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The added security features, like key access to the premises, provided an extra sense of safety, which they really appreciated. The host, Adele, was fantastic, super friendly, and always just a message away, ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, this was excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Browns Bay!

Stunning location on Browns Bay beachfront. Close to food stores, eating places, easy access to beach, park and boardwalk. Accommodation was clean, tidy and wheelchair friendly. Access via lift made mobility for my aged parents so so easy.
