Bay House

There is nothing not to like at Bay House. The owners Sarah and JP were lovely hosts, made me feel very welcome and made the experience like being in my own home. Sarah makes a wonderful breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities were more than I would expect for a bed and breakfast. High standards throughout. Very clean. I would highly recommend and will be booking to go there again next time I visit the area.

As my scores show, I have no negatives to report at all. A lovely experience all round.

Well located, very clean and uncluttered yet it had everything that was needed including lots of very nice thoughtful touches. The breakfast was excellent, and JP was very interesting to talk to.

Bay House is a small, tastefully furnished B&B in an ideal location for visiting the Isle of Wight. The hosts are very welcoming, kind and experienced. Everything is excellent - the breakfast cooked to order, the modern facilities, the comfortable bed, the relaxed atmosphere.

Nothing from our point of view!

Very easy to get about. Could walk to the coast or walk to the bus stop. Even a Chinese takeaway 2 minutes round the corner and a convenience store right opposite.

Really welcoming hosts, immaculate place, and super comfortable. Very relaxed and perfect place to stay with friends. Great location too.

Jean-Pierre and Sarah are very nice people who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, rooms where cosy and spotlessly clean. A clear recommendation, we will return ! Katja
