Great location for easy access into Rome by train with a beach just down the road as a bonus. Hosts were lovely and would happily recommend and use again.

An amazing host, thank you for everything. The house is huge and comfortable and has everything for a wonderful stay in Rome. Parking is secure, wifi is good and the train station is really close by. I would book again.

Luisa was very friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The weather was fantastic during our stay.

The house was well furnished and huge. If you are planning trip with kids, so it it best solution. Everything what you need, even beach umbrella ☂️ ⛱ The host was super nice (not speaking English), but doesn't matter, as Google translate works perfectly 😉 The beach is 7 min by car and it is super long, so you will find your space for sure. There is train station 🚉 2,5 min walk from the house. It will take you to Rome ~30-40 min (3 stations). All rooms has air conditioning so if it summer time, no problem. It is 100 percent Italy style home, so you will like it!

Construction near the house, but it starts 7:30, so no need to sleep more 🤣🤣

A very clean and comfortable apartment with two bathrooms. Close to the railway station, only 20 min. drive to Roma San Pietro station and few kilometers away from the beach. The host is very very kind! Ready to give hints and help in every situation. A welcome breakfast for the first morning was waiting for us in the apartment:-) Higly suitable location for visiting sightseeing atractions around Rome, too. We'll visit Casa Elsa again for sure!

The living conditions are super. The hosts provide all kinds of help. Everything is taken care of, not to mention tea or coffee. The location is great, because the train station is just 150 meters away, from which Rome Termini station is 45 minutes away. road Own parking, under the windows of the apartment, not accessible to strangers. In a word, everything is ok. I recommend….

We had a very pleasant stay. The location of the accommodation is really good, close to Rom and the seaside.  There is a regional train station right next to the house. The owners are very friendly, caring. They prepared food for our first morning stay and also gave us a ride to the nearest store for our first evening shopping. They didn’t let us go without a gift either, giving us excellent wine.

The only negative is that to reach the nearest store or the seaside, the car is needed, due to the lack of pedestrian infrastructure. Theoretically, the store and the seaside can be reached by bus, but the bus wasn't running on a standard schedule, at least during our stay

The property was extremely clean, the host prepared the house for us and was full of all the appliances and facilities you would have at home including loads of towels (fresh smelling) bedding very clean, all floors very clean, plates, pots, cutlery, air conditioning in 3 rooms, 2 very clean bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and the area very quiet residential with secure reserved parking. The owners live next door and were very helpful and friendly and even left a breakfast for us for next day. Overall I can say that we have never found a place so clean in all the places we have visited which for my wife is essential. Highly recommended and can’t say well enough as it deserves as you have to experience it yourself to appreciate it well. Ringrazio di cuore per l’ospitalità!
