The property does not offer late check out, if you have not checked out by 10:00, you will be charged GBP 5 per 30 minutes thereafter. In addition you will be charged the next nights stay plus the cost of guest relocation if you have not checked out by 13:00. If you bring any extra guests that are not on the booking, you will be charged the single room rate for that day per extra guest.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Really friendly and helpful welcome from Kyle. The room was comfortable, we both slept well. The view out to sea was excellent in the morning light. Overall, a comfortable stay, and excellent value for money.
