Basic facilities and comfortable good enough for my one night there bathroom was very nice.

Air con was old and noisy, property was also very close to a main road so quite noisy

Nice room. Everything was as it should be. Nothing to complain about. Location was a touch scruffy but didn't affect anything. Public transport was near enough.

Great place! Clean, good location, nice staff, air conditioning in room, nice bed, towels.

The only problem is that they don't have any drinking water. All the other places I've stayed so far offer it, and it's very strange that this place doesn't even though it's a high quality accommodation. They even have room in their lobby for a water cooler but some some weird reason don't. So if you stay here make sure to bring your own water.

Booking 3 weeks to be put in a room with literally 0 daylight. They eventually transferred me to another room but had to wait for a few days and they didn't even apologise for it. Btw the pictures showing on booking when I booked it were nothing similar to that room I've got. Which is basically illegal but anyway. I didn't receive any single smiles from the receptionists in 3 entire weeks. Location is pretty good tho as everything you need is close by. The room is rudimental but the bed is comfy enough and having a smart TV is good. Hot shower also works anytime. They don't provide water tho, which is the first time I see that in my life in a country where you can't drink tap water. I also got charged 500 pesos (around 8 dollars) for a towel with (cleanable) stains, as if even a brand new towel would be worth that price... Also the soundproofing from the street is completely inexistent. The security guards are polite and smiling tho. And to close about it it costs more than 500$ for a month, you can find WAY better places in Cebu for this price.
